Cardiv City made their First Appearence with a different name, Cardivs FC. It only appeared on the Relegation Zone Part,and Never Appeared again until they got promoted to the Premier League at the End of the 2017/18 Season. They appeared in the Premier Inn League 2018/19 song and some Premier League Manager Reacts 18/19 Vids.
