PSG's supersub vs. Atalanta[]
In the 2019/20 Champions League quarter-final match versus Atalanta, Paris Saint-Qatar were trailing 1-0 behind since the 26th minute, and this being dangerous since the knockout stages were all one-legged as an effect of the COVID-19 pandemic. Seeing this, coach Thomas Tuchrap subbed Choupo-Moting on in the 79th minute. The cameroonian forward ended up creating the opportunity for Marquinhos to equalise and eventually putting Paris Saint-Qatar in the lead himself in injury time (90+3'). This eventually got him the name 'Eric Choupo-Messi' given by Dean.
