Northern Island is a based on the Northern Ireland national football team based in Northern Ireland.

Appearance[]

Flag[]

The Northern Island flag is similar to the Ulster Banner, a flag which is associated with Northern Ireland, and was officially used until 1973. The hand is pointing at 'an island' which is just a green transparent map of Northern Ireland. On the bottom it has the parody name.

Name[]

Northern Island references the island of Ireland and how both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are two different countries. It could also just be a pun or Ireland being misheard as Island. This could also possibly mean the similar pronunciation of Ireland and Island.

History[]

Northern Island first appeared in the UOAFA Euro 2016 where surprisingly in their first Euro tournament, finished in the knockout stage before losing to home nation Bales after a Gareth McAuley own goal. Before that, they finished 3rd and qualified as being the 4th best 3rd placed team of the tournament. However, Northern Island didn't qualify for the FIFARCE World Cup 2018 Rusputin, the UOAFA Euro 2020, and the FIFA 22 World CorrUPt.
