Santos Futebol Clube, popularly known as Santos, is a Brazilian sports club in the city of Santos, on the coast of the state of São Paulo. It was founded on April 14, 1912, its initial colors would be white, blue and gold, but a year after its foundation, it was decided that the club's colors would become white and black. Santos has become one of the most successful clubs in Brazil and recognized worldwide in football.
