DenMarek U16, U17, and U19[]
Frank was part of the DenMarek U17 team that went to the semi-finals of the U17 European Championship.
Brøndby IF[]
He became manager of Danish club Brøndby IF and led then to 3rd place and 4th place. He resigned in 2016, after receiving criticism from Jan Bech Andersen, under a pseudonym, on a online supporters' forum.
Brent FC[]
He became assistant manager of Brent FC in 2016. On 2018 manager Dean Smith left the club to join Ingston Villa so Frank became head coach of the club.
He had a pretty good start to the 2020/21 season as the team got promoted through play-offs. His club Brent FC survived relegation from the Premier League 2021/22.
