Vicki-Vale Sparks is a female reporter from BBC who was threatened by Divhead Moyes to get a slap due to her questions. This originated a running gag of Moyes being "Slapman".
She also appeared inside a Virtual Reality where she and other repoorters asked questions to a few Premier League managers before the beginning of Premier League 2017/18.
